Raw Brown Sugar
Minimally processed cane sugar that retains a natural layer of molasses — valued for the depth of flavour and colour it brings to baking, brewing, and specialty food production, and as a high-yield feedstock for further refining.
Typical Specification
Figures above are typical industry ranges for this grade, provided for reference. Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirms exact figures per shipment.
Where This Grade Is Used
Baking & Sauces
Adds a rich, caramel-like depth and extra moisture to baked goods, marinades, and sauces that white sugar can't replicate.
Brewing & Distilling
Used in the production of spirits and fermented beverages, where its residual molasses contributes to flavour and colour.
Specialty & Artisanal Foods
A preferred ingredient for brands positioning around "less processed" or naturally-coloured sugar in their recipes.
Feedstock for Further Refining
Also supplied as a high-yield raw input for refineries producing their own white sugar downstream.
Packaging & Ordering
Available in 25kg or 50kg food-grade PP bags with inner lining, or 1-tonne jumbo bags for containerized bulk orders. Minimum order is one 20FT or 40FT container.
Every shipment can be supported with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and, on request, an SGS or equivalent third-party inspection report.

If you're sourcing this as feedstock for your own refining process rather than for direct food use, let us know — polarization and colour requirements can sometimes be adjusted to match your refinery's intake specification.
